Does anyone have any suggestions of a GREAT office chair (that is reasonable in cost) for those of us post surgery people who sit a lot in an office? (L4/L5, L5/SI lamenectomy and disc dissection & reherniation disk repair of L5/S1).

The best chair I have found is the Herman Miller Aeron Chair - but cost is so high.
