I have been having some weird symptoms for the past four months and none of the doctors that I have seen can put their finger on it. Back in March, I went to Florida for a week (by plane) and in the middle of my vacation I had a sudden severe throbbing headache (mainly on my right side)- I think it was a migraine, but I had never had one before. After that night, I started having tension headaches between my eyebrows and in the back of my head. I also felt a little bit dizzy and basically out of it..As time went on, I started to wake up with a stiff neck (on the right side). I also started to get pressure around my right eye, which I thought had something to do with my sinuses. But, I have a CT scan done of the sinuses and it came back negative. While I was working, my neck seemed to get worse (inflammation), and I started to get pain down my right arm. I had an MRI of my brain and neck- but both came back normal. My primary care physician thought that I was having muscle spasms in my neck and upper back, so he put me on anti-inflammatories and muscle relaxors at night. I also have been doing physical therapy for a month, along with massage therapy. My neck is feeling a little bit better, but it is still very stiff when I wake up in the morning. I haven't had a pounding headache in about a month, but everyday (all day) I have been experiencing extreme pressure at the bridge of my nose. I notice that the pressure is worse when I am seated for a long time. I also feel pains down my right arm and some pain in my right leg (not excruciating, but I had never noticed anything like this before). Anyways, to make a long story short....I am wondering if anyone has had constant pressure around the nose eyebrow area??? Also wondering if this could be coming from my neck, even though it did not come up on the MRI...If you have any comments or suggestions, I would appreciate it!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks!!

hey migrains run in my family. well with my mom , myself, my aunt and my cousin. it gets so bad we have to go lay down in a dark room where there is no light or sound. if you get tension head aches when you are out side and it is bright you could have migrains. there is medication you can take but first you have to be diagnosed with it. i cant take the medication b/c i get sleepy from any medication. but my mom has took it and it helped her sometimes. its real easy to get addicted to it b/c you feel as if you need it to keep from getting a headache. not all head aches are migrains. next time you feel as if you have one go lay down for a few hours and see if it goes away. soem migrains last days at a time. and all you can do is just stay in the bed. they keep you in the bed. and its hard to stay in the bed when you have a job and family. if you get tested make sure you tell your boss if you test positive for it so if you have to miss work he or she will know. your doctor will write you anote ( like youre back in school lol) Good luck and i hope its something else b/c i know how migrians are.
