The American Lung Association has their ongoing campaign this year for "Blow the whistle on asthma!" to find a cure for asthma, just wanted to let you guys know if you can participate in your local walk, you bring them one step closer to finding a cure! I don't think I even need to tell yall why or how important it is lol!
I've formed my own team & we are working on a charity fashion show to raise money, hopefully we can make a difference for all of us!

good luck. a cure would be great. i got significant relief by adding flaxmeal to diet. plus starting july 28 i doubled my water consumption on days i exercise from 48 oz to 96 oz. on no exercise days i still only drink 48 oz. i drink 40 oz milk almost everyday. i have occasional diet soda. i consume 400 mg caffeine in pill form or drink a pot of coffee made with a 2 oz scoop of ground coffee. i drink only filtered water, no tap water for drinking or cooking. this is sixth consecutive day w/o any allergy or asthma medicine and i live w/3 cats i'm allergic to. since june 23 when i stopped flovent, i've only needed to use albuterol inhaler 3 times, twice for wheezing and once for shortness of breath when the temp got up to 100 degrees F. i'm hoping the extra water will make me medication free. too early to tell yet. i'm still eating half cup of ground flax seed, which i started on june 21, 2004.
