i have been getting headaches for as long as i can remember
just lately they have become more and more frequent

when i am alone (more often than not) i start thinking and it makes me feel like im going completely nuts
when i think about certain things i start to get angry at myself for thinking what i am
and then on comes a headache
the thoughts are normally about my ex and how much i miss him, and wondering why we arent together anymore. and when im driving i see a car like his and even thoguh i know its not him i quietly say hello to him. it sounds nuts i know but it sort of happens unconsiously
theres a song by simple plan which is called a addicted
it explains it perfectly

ok now i do sound nuts

i have been getting angry soooo easiely lately
which means more headaches.
it seems that whenever i get to work i start getting headaches

am i going nuts?
are my headaches casued by thinking too much about situations?
can i stop thinking this way?

HELP!!!!

Hi LIT..
Headaches can be caused by so many different things.. I had a job that gave me headaches every time I went. I also had a class that gave me a headache every time I went. Thinking too much is a bad habit I think...I really wish that we could just shut our brains off sometimes. Or maybe take a pill to cut off a part of our brains that just gives us nothing but trouble. You sound a lot like my friend who's still not quite over her boyfriend of 5 years that dumped her like 3 years ago. She still deals with anger issues. We both do so we make quite a pair..
Have you ever talked to a doctor about your headaches? Do you take medication? Are they regular headaches or migraines?

well i get headaches a lot
i used to get migranes at least once a month

when i fall for a guy i fall preatty hard. but these were slightly different circumstances than i usually get myself into
he was a schizophrenic so it was very full on

i think thats when it was all triggered (anxiety, stress, panic attacks, etc)
i havent had a panic attack (before this) for over 2 years
but i guess things trigger at many different times in our lives.
its jsut dealing with it that is the problem
