Hi I'm slightly short sighted, I used to play alot on portable consoles e.g a Gameboy and lately I have noticed my nose alot more in my vision, this didn't happen before.
Since then I have stopped using portable consoles and have tried to balance it out by watching TV and playing a game from quite a far distance. This seems to help as my nose is then less noticeable but when I go to sleep and wake up the next morning my nose problem is back.
Can anyone please help me?

I think you are just noticing something that has always BEEN like that. If I am typing and looking at this screen and concentrating on my nose, I TOO see it. I am a master of doing things like that, so it's something I understand!:)

There are no techniques to stop it, but as soon as you stop thinking about it so much it will stop. It'll happen slowly, like one day you'll be watching TV totally absorbed, then think, "Hey! I didn't notice my nose at all!" (then of course you'll start noticing it!) The times that you "forget" will gradually increase over about a month, then it'll get to the point you'll have to LOOK for it, but you'll forget it again just as quickly.
Just be glad you can see it, it proves your peripheral vision is good!:)
