So after months of thinking about it and passing by it in the stores I finally bought Trimspa. Started it last weekend. I am hoping it is not psychological, but i think it really does what it claims to do. I dont have a scale, so I havent weighed myself to track my progress (buying one this weekend), but it definitly supresses my appetite. I was always hungry and always looking for something to snack on, but now i just have no desire, and I am not craving sweets at all, and I always did after a meal. I am only talking 1 before each meal. I am excersizing for 30 minutes a day and was never a extremely unhealthy eater to begin with. I am only really looking to lose about 15-20 lbs.

I have read most of the posts on here about Trimspa and I cant imagine how people have gained weight on Trimspa. I mean do people take it and expect it to be a magic pill?? Eat all you want , be a couch potato and expect to lose weight? That is not going to happen.

Anyway it has only been a week, but so far it is doing what I wanted it too and that is curb my appetite. You do get full after eating just a small meal. My only complaint is it takes me a little bit to fall asleep, but if that is the only side effect I have and it works to help me lose the few pounds i want to lose, I can deal with that.

Anyone esle have good results with Trimspa, cause like i said, i have read mostly negative thought on it on this board.
