Hello all.... I have been ttc for about 3 years with no luck.. At the begining of this year, my doctor put me on clomid 50ml for 5 days.. I did that for 3 months and nothing.. I never went back to the doctors... Well, my aunt flo was do on the 12 of this month - and nothing.. about 2 days ago I took a cheap "rite-aid" preg test and it was negative. If i'm not preg, where is my period? Also, I have spoken with several friends and been told that it is possible that the test was not accurate because it was cheap. I do not feel any different. Could I be? I have an appointment this coming tuesday but feel very worried..... I would love nothing more than to finally have a growing baby inside me... Please respond to my message and let me know of any similar stories if any.... Hopefully they ended with a positive outcome....

it could be a cheap test---but then again, could be stress. anything can cause your period to be late--or even not show at all. this happened to me in March--i skipped March all together and then in mid April was put on Provera to make me start. hopefully, it was just a cheap test that was wrong with the results, but just thought i would let you know that there are other reasons why being late, and even missing a period can happen.
