What is the best thing you can do for mildly dry eyes? I have heard to make compresses, how would you go about this? My eyes seem to be dry when I wake up in the morning. I stopped using my fan at night and this helped some. Is there anything I can do?? Plz reply, it would be greatly appreciated.

On days that I don't wear my contacts (which is rare) I use visine for dry eyes. On days that I do, I use the ReNu Lubricating & Rewetting Solution.

I have bad dry eyes at night. One thing that helps is either using a gel or a PM ointment before bed. Sometimes sleeping with a humidifier has helped as well. My Dr thought maybe I was sleeping with my eyes partially closed, but hubby confirmed that I am not. Good luck
