Ok my friends say im skinny looking ,but its not muscle its fat.I used to eat double of what i was eating and recently i stoped eating snacks, only 1 snack a day and i only eat when im served its not a big meal either (lunch and supper) and i eat cereal for breakfast. i usually do 20 minutes to 40 minnutes of working out just basic stuff. could this help lose weight?
