Yeah, I think it'll work, my mom tried it but it didn't really work, probably 'cause she was also eating a meal... :nono:

Yeah my mom would have her Slim Fast drink with a meal of fast food. She knew she was doing it wrong, but it did nothing for her weight. *lol* I've tried it, but I would get serious stomach pangs and then by dinner I was binging because I felt starved.
But every diet works differently with each individual. It might work for you if you give it a shot, but you won't know unless you try it.
