Anyone out there have this? If so, how are you dealing with it and what effects are you having? If you have this disease, have you had any surgery??? I am interested in finding out and talking to others who have this eye disorder as I feel so alone in the world. I have never met anyone else with it!

is there no one out there with this? I knew it was rare, but I was told it wasn't that rare. In case anyone was wondering what Duane's Syndrome is:
One of the muscles in the eye is paralyzed. In my case, left eye, left muscle. I can look right just fine with both eyes, but when i look left, only my right eye moves and the left one stays straight. It is an embarrassing thing (though my hubby loves it, thinks it is cute and "a fun party trick") and many people think you are crossed eyed, or have a lazy eye. It is carried in the male genes only. Well, I was hoping someone would be able to chat with me about this, but oh well.
