View Full Version : Extreme dizziness, sometimes followed by a seizure

I sometimes get a case of extreme dizziness in the majority of my vision. My left peripheral vision is not completely affected by this. Sometimes this either passes and I feel a bit sick to my stomach, or I have a seizure. When it does just pass, it takes a while for my right peripheral vision to come back. It doesn't always knock out my right peripheral vision, just when it's more extreme than usual.

I've had two seizures that put me in the hospital overnight, and a few where I've slept through. I know I had a few I've slept through, because I'd wake up completely exhausted, barely able to lift my legs.

Any ideas? I've been working third shift since I've been having the seizures. Started third shift around November 1997. Had my first seizure about a year and a half after that. I've had the dizziness effect for most of my life.

I've been to a Neurologist before, but they did not find anything.

I'm new. Sorry if this has been discussed before.

Dave
