Your only problem is your high triglycerides. Fortunately, that number can be lowered by cutting back on carbohydrates such as breads, pasta, and other high sugar snack foods. Eating more protein-rich foods such as fish should help you achieve your goal. You may also want to consider adding fish oil supplements as well.

Trigs are easy to lower. Fish oil supplements are one good way. Be aware that since your LDL is calculated, as your trigs come down, your reported ldl will go up. It is all in the formula.
