I have had a herpetic corneal ulcer since last March that has not healed. It is very painful. I read from a very dependable source that there is a topical acyclovir ophthalmic ointment (Zovirax) that can be used for this now. I cannot afford to go to an ophthalmologist right now, so I was looking for an online pharmacy that carried this, but have not been able to find one. I found a 5% cream for genital herpes, but not the 3% ophthalmic ointment. Does anyone know of a source?
