I'm new to this. I haven't worn contacts in 2 years and I have no idea what my prescription and measurements are. Should I get those from a optom or an opthamologist?

Also, is ordering online better/cheaper than ordering at a store?

Well in North America you need a valid contact lense perscription. And since you are unsure of your mesurements you will need to go back to your optom or optha.
