About a year ago I started noticing that when I ate onions I got very flatulent and diahrettic. I've never had this problem before, but now when I eat onions (like I did last night) I have a large gas/smelly flatulence problem. Anyone have any ideas on what the cause is and if ther'es anything i can do to stop it?

Hi,

You could try Beano....it's a digestive enzyme. Are you experiencing it if you eat cooked onions or raw or both?

Sometimes as we age the digestive system loses certain enzymes and foods that weren't a problem before become more difficult to digest hence the symptoms.
