1. Is it possible to damage the Tragus in the ear so that it bends upwards out the ear. Or is this just genetic?

2.Is it normal to feel a slight stinging feeling that doesnt hurt but you can feel the earwax being secreated and is really notiable, does anyone else get this?

Any help would be great.
