Hi Naughty but nice,

I read your posts and i have the same problem - as do both of the other girls I went for rhinoplasty with.

I have had revision surgery - which didnt work - my surgeon said when he opened up my nose it was literally all scar tissue and a complete mess. Apparantly "Dr" Sachs just cut everything then left it - didnt put it back in place or anything.

It is terrible. My tip is bulbous and the scar tissue grows back really fast - I cannot get rid of it.
The surgeon explained that Sachs must be using a bad procedure which encourages scarring - as both others I know have the same problem. Apparantly once the cells are there they will always stay - he removed most of the scar tissue cells but they still grew. It is really depressing.

I would really like to sue Sachs - I even woke up during surgery.

When I saw him afterwards he told me he couldnt discuss it and that he had to go and play tennis - whilst wearing a suit!
When Elena had problems and went to see him, the day after in a hotel in London he said exactally the same.

I wish I had never gone to him - and urge others to stay away.

Where are you based naughty? I am in Montreal but returning to England soon - I have done tonnes of research into surgery and seen many surgeons - most of which refused to touch my nose because it was too messed up.

Let me know more about your problem and I will talk to my surgeon here - I should be seeing him this week.

Take Care

If you go to the New York State medical boards, you can look up Dr. Sachs. He has alot of litigation against him. He also is limited to the type of surgery he is allowed to do on noses.
