I was just told by someone that I may have a wheat or gluten intolerence that is making me so fat.
I've been purposely eating WHOLE WHEAT pasta, bread and tortillas so I'm getting "good" carbs as opposed to the white stuff.
I swear I'm looking more bloated and puffy every day.
Could it be the gluten?
