About a year or two ago my doctor diagnosed me with bronchial asthma. I have had bronchitis on numerous ocassions. Pneumonia a couple of times. Here recently I have had shortness of breath and a feeling that I need to clear my throat, actually it feels that it is deeper in the bronchial tubes. It feels that I cannot clear whatever it is. Very little if anything is produced when trying to clear the air passages. I am calling my doctor tomorrow for a check up. Do any of you ever have this sensation?

well, asthma is when pollon or whatever irritates your throat, which cuases it to simply close up. Before my asthma cleared up, i used to just feel like i couldnt breathe, maybe you might have an nfection, like more broncitis or something, maybe theres just alot of mucous down there that you cant exactly reach, there can be quite a few reasons you feel like you do......

JimK - if you live in the UK and you can't wait for the doctor to prescribe you anything then try ChestEze by Do-Do - it's helping me incredibly with my shortness of breath.
