Hi,

I had a sty in my eye which I always get sty's but this one somehow had gotten infected I think. I had this thing for about 5 days and yesterday it finally broke open, I have had pain in this eye the whole time, more than I have ever had with a sty.

Anyway, I woke up this morning, it hurts to blink, it looks all swollen and it looks like alot of pus in my eye.

I just want to know if this is normal or if I am forming pink eye, which I have had before and it sort of feels like that.

I am sore and tired and very upset, can anyone tell me if it could just be infected.

Thanks,

Grace
P.S. This smile is how I feel, ;)

I feel bad for you. I had a similar problem. Whatever you do don't pick at it and maybe apply a warm compress and wash it with diluted baby shampoo 3x's a day. Good luck.

Thank you so much, I think I will go crazy if this doesn't go away. Right now it is to the point where if I close it it hurts real bad and when wind gets in it, it hurts like the devil. I have used Visine drops I have put heat on it, now I have put ice on it because of the swelling.

When I close the good eye and try to see out of the bad eye, everything is like a blur to me but there is nothing in the eye, the pus is gone and it isn't really watering.

I will see what a couple more days does and I will go from there.

Hopefully this thing will be gone in the morning.

Thanks,

Grace
