Hi all the kind thyroid people sent me here brief historyyears of mnay symptoms including inflammation in my joints dxn thyrotoxicosis approx 6 weeks ago started carbinmazole and slow release propranolol approx 19 days ago weird swellings before the weekend to hands wrists knees etc hips in agonising pain cant bear to move docs ask me if l have ra l say l didnt 3 yr ago (mind thye told me l didnt have thyroid prob 3 yr ago too!) 3 docs noone knows what it is they give my antihistamines as my hands were hot and red itchy no allergies anti histamine stopped and still swelling pain gets worse given naproxen and today l dont feel as bad the doc is totally baffled and says 'if this is thyroid related l dont undertsna dhow you feel so well today'? he seen me yesterday at my worst! I would be grateful if anybody has anything to share thank you so much and sorry its rushed and brief take care xx
