Hi guys
I've been thinking about why all of a sudden i got infertile. You know I'm from the country where we drink plenty of tea every day. 1-2 cups a day, some people drink 3 cups or more a day. We start our day with a cup of tea. When I came to USA I stopped drinking tea on a regular basis, and when my first baby was born I stopped making tea every day. It's been 3 years and I would make some tea very seldom once a month or 2 months. My DH loves tea and since I don't make tea every day he keeps buying teabags and drinks it every day. He feels very happy the days when all of a sudden I surprize him making a fresh tea.
All I wanna say tea is very good for fertility. I've been searching Internet and found that the researchers at the Kaiser Permanente Medical Care Program of Northern California in Oakland were surprised to note that women who drink more than one-half cup of caffeinated tea every day may actually increase their odds of conceiving, according to findings published in the American Journal of Public Health.
However, "there may still be a [negative] relationship between caffeine and pregnancy, so that women should still be cautious about the amount of caffeinated beverages they consume during pregnancy.
You know all my life I've been drinking caffeinated tea, my family, sisters and in my family and among my relatives nobody had infertility problems, everyone got pregnant naturally even at the age of 37. My Gradma died at the age of 85 and had no disease, my great grandma died at the age of 98 and believe me they had no disease, they were so healthy, they died because they were too old. Sure, the environment was different, cleaner, not polluted. I know there are alot of other factors which cause infertility but before relying on doctors , pills, shots we have to take a good care of ourselves. WE have to eat properly. Vegetables, meat, fruits, whole grains, dairy, plenty of water, a cup of tea a day and exercizing or just walking. I used to walk every day from my home to underground and from underground to my work , back and forth every day, maybe 4-5 miles a day even more and i used to go to the gym and do aerobics 3 times a week 5 years straight before my first pregnancy at the age of 33.
I think it would be good for us to drink a cup of tea every day before we get pregnant. Is there anyone who doesn't drink tea?
Tea might have some disadvantages too (though I don't know anybody who was sick because of drinking tea), but it's better than drinking coffee , pepsi, coca-cola or artificially flavoured juice. We just have to eat properly. I always buy fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, no junk food. Very seldom pizza, we like eating pizza. I don't drink Pepsi or Coca-Cola, no juice, I just drink water, milk and from now on I'm gonna drink tea every day. I'm thinking about buying fertility tea too with the herbs like raspberry royale tea. Try to eat organic food, avoid GMO.
Other researchers admitted the possibility that drinking tea may help fertility, but the higher pregnancy rate observed in tea drinkers may also possibly be due to these women having healthier lifestyles.
I'm just sharing
So, think about this
Good luck
