hey im in crosscountry and last year around the begining of november i hurt my hip. the doctor i went to said i was a stress sprain on the growth plates in my hip but my mom thinks it might of been a stress fracture. so i took 2 months off of running and then started to build up distance slowly. each time i got to 1.5 - 2.5 miles a day my hip would hurt like before and id have to take a brake. i started up again 2 weeks ago and got up to 1.5 miles and it started hurting again really bad. should i go to a different doctor? what should i do?
