What does this signify the doc didnt seem concerned about it does this mean anything?

What was the count. Unless the count was a huge difference from normal range I would rely on your Dr. I would have another CBC in a week or two. It far more common and Drs see it much more is very very low counts that can cause greeat concern at to low of levels. Ask them to redo it in a week or two. And again tell us what the result was.
