Anybody got any good info on this condition??Doc just got back my biopsy report and said mainly IBS but also collagenous or microscopic colitis. Just starting my research on it. He told me to take pepto bismol tabs four times a day and see if it helps. Thanks :wave:

I also have collangenous colitis and was diagnosed a year ago. Pepto Bismol does help me. Sometimes I don't take it for weeks, but its something I can live with.

Since I have stopped taking motrin the diarrhea has all but stopped, I go maybe once a day and sometimes not at all. My problem is the pain in my body that I guess is connected to the CC. I read its a form of atypical arthritis. I cannot get anybody in the medical field to help me though, they just all looked perplexed. Also my blood platelet count is way high, still trying to figure that one out, maybe its all related to the CC?
