Hey everyone, I have a fast question for anyone out there with a similar problem. I have a herniated disc in my neck. It bothers me in my upper back, shoulders and slightly down each upper arm. My question is, do these things get better? Do they get worse? Is there anything I can do for it? It's not serious enough to do surgery on (and I probably wouldn't even if it were), but I would like to be able to have it stop bothering me. I'm too busy for this crap! Thanks!

Klayr-
Sorry I have no experience with upper back, but I do know that most herniations will heal themselves. You don't say how long you've had the pain, and I'm not sure there's any set time anyway.

Someone will probably be around shortly that can help.

Good Luck
