I got sick about 14 months ago and I have not gotten any better. My main symptoms are 24/7 lightheaded, extreamly spaced out and very fatigued. I have not worked since than. The docs I have seen have not diagnosed me they just keep trying anxiety med at differant doseges to see if it will help. Even though my symptoms match CFS and lyme they act as if they do not exsist.
I applied for disability in March and just recieved a letter saying that I did not qualify. I am an electrician and there is no way I could work feeling this way. In the letter they stated that I am making progress, BS! They also say that at one time I did hotel maintenance and they feel I could do that. BS, it is still labor type work and I would be taking a 7 dollar pay cut and I would be extreamly lucky to get a job. My boss has already told me when I get better they have a spot for me.
It is not my fault I got sick and it is not my fault that these dumb SOB's cant figure what the problem is! Excuse me, they are not dumb they just dont care.
What should I do?
