Just wondering if anyone has tried or is using Quercetin & Bromelain?

I have been doing some reading on it - it sounds great.

I posted yesterday - Clarinex/Clorox irritate sinuses.
Feeling a little better today. Have to irrigate my sinuses and taking Sinus tabs.

Another thing I have noticed is that with my sinuses so plugged - I cannot go out with my friends and enjoy a beer. That really starts plugging me back up. We have so many events coming up - I will probably have to be the designated driver.

I've read that beer/wine and probably any alcohol makes your blood vessels swell in your nose???? And if you have mold allergies - beer and wine are the worst??

This stuff is not fun- have to watch everything you do because of your allergies.

Beer does the same thing to me. The next morning I would wake up with stuffed sinuses and thick yellow/green discharge. Many times it would lead to another sinus infection.

I use a beclomethasone nasal spray. If I am going to drink some beers, or a lot of wine, I load up on the beclomethasone nasal spray. I'll take two extra snorts in each nostril before I go out, and take another two extra snorts when I come back. Then, I'll take an extra two snorts before I go to bed. It seems to help quite a bit.

The next day, I double my normal dose of the beclomethasone nasal spray. That seems to help prevent major side effects from the beer or wine.
