Is there anything I can do for my stiff neck besides Advil and a heating pad? Thanks

chiropractor and/or massage and/or muscle relaxants and/or stretching after applied heat. Accupressure and accupuncture are other suggestions, depending on how chronic your neck problem is.
Firstly, do you normally suffer from neck problems? If it's new for you, it could be signs of the flu, cold, or other serious problems such as menengitis.....but it could be just a sore neck with muscles contracted on one side causing pain.
I can relate all too well (bleh!)!

Thanks for the advise. It feels better today. I only get a stiff neck about 2 times a year, and it's always from sleeping in a weird way.
