Background:
My child suffers from food allergy (Wheat and Milk Proteins).
According to our doc this among others leads to low natural production of the Melatonin hormone. We have been using this for her in periods from age 6, she is now 8 years old.
Question:
May long term use (in our case, on for a few weeks and then off for a month etc. over many years) cause any reduction in the bodys natural ability to prodduce the Melatonin hormon?
