i was wondering, has anyone else had their child's lead content come back high? my son's has been consistantly on the high end of the "normal" scale. i have done everything to my house that i can think of (removed blinds, wet mop all floors, taken car keys from him, etc.) could it be in the dirt outside or in our water?

It could be in your water if you have lead pipes. It could also be in certain dishes - decorative paint sometimes has lead. You need to be very careful, as lead poisioning can lead to serious consequences.

There are home lead testers out there, i'm not sure if it's an online thing or if you can buy them in stores, but do some hunting and you'll find them. Also if he's in school talk to them, any play structers he plays on, anybody's house he spends a lot of time in etc.
