I just started my 4th period since my Leep in May. I have always had a regular 28 day cycle....always! Until now. Since my LEEP, my periods are 21 days apart on the nose, and the last 2 I have noticed quite a bit of clotting.

I was at my follow up pap last week and told my gyn about it but she didn't seem concerned at all. Also, since my LEEP, I've had a bacterial infection and a bladder infection.

What's up with all this crap? Has anyone had these types of issues after a LEEP? I can't stand the thought of losing a week out of my cycle each month. Heck, that's 3 months out of the year! :rolleyes:

My cycles have been all over the place since the LEEP in April. At first, it was about 20 day instead of 28, but now it is about 34 days instead! A tad frustrating..I'm wondering when it will return to normal...

My periods have also been wacky since the LEEP. I always thought that I had a cycle that was 28-30 days in length but my last few have been 35. They have also changed dramatically - I no longer have bright red blood and they are lighter than they used to be. I also have more clots. I also asked my doctor about it at my followup pap and she didn't seem worried. I'm not sure that they will ever go back to normal (its been 6 months since the LEEP). If they do, I hope they don't go back to normal this month cause I had unprotected sex with the hubby on day 11 (thinking I couldn't possibly ovulate until day 21).
