Hi,

I was wondering if anyone can help me with food that are good for gout. I have read a lot about foods that are bad but they do not specify what kinds of food you can eat. My husband has suffered with gout for the past 12 years on and off but lately it is happening too often. I am having trouble finding specific foods that are good for him so I can change his diet completly. Some articles controdict others by saying the same food is good and bad. Can someone help me before he takes drastic measures.
