Hi,
I have had pain in my hands for the past two years, my GP first told me I had Raynaud's, then later I went back to him for something to ease the pain. He then sent me to a specialist, after numerous test he told me my muscles and ligaments were just worn and there was nothing I could do about it.
Today I went to a different GP because I have had pins and needles in my hands for the past week, and guess what he told me I had Raynaud's Phenomenon again and to give up smoking and keep warm, nothing more to do for it.
Does anyone have anymore information on this and is there anything more I can do about it? To say the least I have been very confused over the past 2 years and would like to fix this up if possible. My job intails typing all day and with it being winter it is very painful.
Thanks for any help
Sharon
