Has anybody tried this and how doesn it work for you. I am desperate. one day I decide i am going to do good today, then I eat a whole bunch. I have decided it is just like with any other addiction, you have to take one day at a time. Sometimes even one hour at a time. I havent given up, but wow!!! I'm 245 and 5 foot 7. I would like to get down into a 16. I am a 20/22 now.

I am the same height as you but a few more pounds (250). I also would just like to be able to get down to "normal" sizes (like a 16!)...I don't care if I ever look good in a swimsuit, but would like to look decent in jeans and t-shirts! :)

I've never heard of suvaril...is it over the counter?
