I don't believe MS itself causes muscle wasting.That is caused by a lack of use of the muscles in question.

Yes, I agree. I believe it's the lack of use of the muscles that cause atrophy.

hi , i exercise all the time, but the more i do it seems the more they waste and the more pain i get. i keep exercising ecspecially in swimming pool. i try to do alotbut it seems it dosent help me much. any suggestions?

hum... not sure but are you are steroids or MS drugs. Maybe check the side effects of those drugs, they might be contributing?
