Hi my name is Kira :wave:. I have been dealing with bowel problems fr the past year. I have had blood tests, stool tests, cat scan, and a upper& lower GI- my doctor said there was a little inflammation, but not a amount for IBD. He basically said i have IBS- spastic colon. I am now taking donnatal- for spasms and amitriptaline- for chronic pain, but still i always have these pains below my bellybutton. The pains can sometimes be crampy,soreness, grabbing and pulling feeling or they can become really severe- lightning, sharp shooting pains to the point my mom is going to take me to the hospital. I have tried to take tylenol 3 w/ codeine for the pains but it doesnt help. It has gotten to the point where my doctor is going to send me to UCLA where they are going to do a study on me. I don't expect whoever is reading this to be a doctor- i am just asking for some guesses of what anybody think it may be???
*i know this is the short version of what i have gone through and you dont know the whole story but please if you have heard symptoms like/similar to these i ask you to give me some advice or knowledge.
