What disease or diseases could be possible with the following symptoms?
1. slight yet definately noticeable burning in tip of urinary tract and tip of penis.
2. no obvious physical signs or unusual 'discharge' (not yet anyway)
3. started noticing about a week after sex and is allways noticeable
any help is greatly appreciated

Chlamydia or gonorrhea are the frist things that come to mind. When in doubt, get it checked out.

no pus or anything ?? You get sharp pain in penis, or burning pain in the middle of your penis or abdominal pains. ?? if so
than check for the prosate infection.
You may of have gotten a bacterial prostate infection from your partners. And yes you can get prostate infection from someone, most people say there from your own body, nope, 6 Urologist told me you can, its rare, the bacteria lives on the skin.
So if the tip of your penis touch the bacteria, hey lord prostate infection is hell hard to treat. 9 months of meds and still havent cure my prostate infection I am only 20.
