I have found that I have a new compulsion, rinsing multiple times. I have to rinse dishes over and over to make sure the soap is gone, and the same goes for my own hands or when I am in the shower. I even have to rinse my teeth over and over.... after I brush to make sure I don't swallow any toothpaste. I was just wondering if anyone else does this.

I do the same thing. I'll be in the shower for 30 minutes making sure ALL of the conditioner is out of my hair. :dizzy:

Wow...I don't post much here but I have posted once or twice!

I do this everytime I wash my hands or hair. I notice that it's worse when I was my toddler's hair. I swear I rinse his hair for about 5 mins. I just can't stop rinsing untill i "feel" like it's completly soap free. It's horrible and I know he hates it.
