Well, at age 31, I've finally decided it's time to get in shape. I began exercising about 6 weeks ago, and for the first time in my life, I'm actually enjoying it. I started with Sisters Pace fitness. I have about 52 pounds to lose, have lost 12 so far. Any suggestions, or ideas, or tips that may benefit? Thanks!

Sounds like you're doing a GREAT job! Just make sure your diet is in check, and I'd say keep doing what you're doing. You're losing weight at a very healthy pace. You should hit your goal in no time at all. Good luck and congrats on your success so far!
