Well, at age 31, I've finally decided it's time to get in shape. I began exercising about 6 weeks ago, and for the first time in my life, I'm actually enjoying it. I started with Sisters Pace fitness. I have about 52 pounds to lose, have lost 12 so far. Any suggestions, or ideas, or tips that may benefit? Thanks!
