I suffered from daily d and bloating back ache etc etc. until I ate cress-sprouted seeds. I have only been eating 1 big handful of cress every dinner time on a sandwich and I am amazed at the results, bloating subsided for 3 days, 1 bm per day-formed, no pain, I dont know whats going on but the only thing that has changed in my diet etc. is the addition of cress.
I really hope this is the cure for everyone, throw the pills away and start munching. this is no joke. please give me feedback after you have tried this.
good luck.

I purchase mine from wal-mart/asda in uk they are 19p per tub and they just have cress written on the tub, I eat one tub per day, and I had relief on the second day, im now on the fourth day and I even managed to go out for 2 hours this morning, which is a miracle as I havent left the house for 3 weeks and before that 3 months.
I really hope this works for everyone, as it has for me.
good luck.

Paul:
What part in Wal-Mart did you find them? The produce section where the organic/natural food is? What do they look like?

Hi guys,
I think you should be able to find cress sprouted seeds in your grocery store - you can ask someone and they should direct you to it. But it should usually be found near fresh lettuce or fresh mushrooms. Eat raw fresh green beans (washed, of course) just before, if you like - it should help some too.
Although, none of all of this is permanent.
Cheers, Raju.

Yes, they're usually near the salad produce. You can of course sprout them yourself really easily - buy some seeds from a garden centre and sprinkle them on a some wet cotton wool in a saucer. We grew them all the time as kids. You can find instructions on the seed packet, or just put something like 'growing cress' into a web search engine.
