I've always done light exercises for about 30 minutes a day, but recently I've decided that I want bigger calf and thigh muscles :D . Now my work outs last atleast an hour and 1/2, and I get super hungy. I'm not gaining any weight that I shouldn't, but if I'm going to be inhaling my food what should I eat?

Lean protein is a good way to go, especially to help toward building that muscle. Meats, fish, eggs, nuts, soy stuffs, and/or supplemental shakes. Whole grain carbs are good too; wild or brown rice, oatmeal, whole wheat bread and veggies.
