Started using Creatine a month ago and I see fantastic results in the size of my arms and chest.
I am under the impression that there is a limit to how much Creatine your body will take. Is this true, and what is the limit?
I am taking 5g doses maybe 3 times a week, any other random info you think I should know on the topic would be appreciated.

I've not seen any scientific studies that say this or that although they may exsist. Common sense says that if almost all creatine brands say 5g per day then I'd say the average body can't use more than 5g per day or else the makers of creatine would be trying to get us to take more cause that's more money for them.
