There is no easy answer as far as I know! I have gotten a lot of good advice on this board about cravings and motivation...I am looking at the bad carbs and junk food as a drug now. I CAN'T give in, or the addiction cycle will continue. It is going to be several weeks of agony, but I am really hoping that once my body is off this stuff, then I won't crave them anymore. Good luck!

Rocko...Christin is completely right. There are no easy answers.
Maybe set a goal for youself as in somethin new you really want to buy yourself to wear and work for that. I'm a girl so I like that sorta thing :D
In my mind I think about next summer and going to the beach and feeling comfortable in a bathing suit(but not a bikini christin) LOL
I am so obsessed with losing weight and eating everything in sight at the same time it drives me crazy so I really have no room to talk here but as far as motivation goes...we're here for you and we can offer friendship when times get hard.
