Ever since i was little i allways had this little bumps underneath my penis. im not sure what it is but sometimes they each horribly, and sometimes it will look like a white heard pimple thing. im thinking i might of got them when i was born. I'm 14 years old and want to find a way to stop this so no one else has to get whatever is on me. ALL ur advice is completely appreciated and i would love to find a way to get ride of it.
