I bought the Fat Flush Plan book after it was refered to me by someone on another message board.
I am wondering the plan worked for others and where I can find Ground Flaxseed and some of the other things that are mentioned in the book.
Any advise?
Thanks a bunch!

I was on it for about a week. I followed it pretty strictly, but almost ended up passing out because of the lack of carbs. I work out with weights and I do cardio 5-6 days a week. I think the author doesn't want participants to exercise vigorously, but I wasn't about to change my workout routine for the diet.
I also lost a ton of water weight, which I rapidly regained once I started eating carbs again.
So I'm not a huge fan of the diet -- it's probably good for some people, but I'm way too active.

You can find flaxseeds in the health food section of most large grocery stores. You might want to grind them yourself as I have heard they lose some of their benifits quickly after grinding.
I have never been on the plan but recently read about the cranberry, water and flax seed drink. Would you mind sharing benifits you are suppose to have from this drink? TIA
