Hey thanks for your reply. I read that you recommended ZELNORM- that was the first ibs medication i was prescribed. Ya the doc that prescribed it to me wasnt a gastro he was just a family doc and he didnt even listen to my symptoms- i have a spastic colon and didnt have a prob with constipation and he gave it to me anyway and it made me even worse then he prescribed over the counter andwell thats how that experience went. Im not sure of your age but if your still in school how do you get through the day and if you have a job how do you keep it? What type of ibs do you have? Can you control yours with food?
If you dont want to you dont have to answer these questions i was just wondering how you made it through years of ibs when i dont even think i can make it through the next 5 years- if that. Maybe i have it more severe? i hope this isnt the case cuz thats all i hear- that i have a severe case of ibs. well i hope you answer but if you dont ill understand. -forgiven77
