i have not smiled at all in nearly 3 months (don't ask me why), well not smiled big. now when i try to smile the muscles that control smiling shake. it's like when i do pushups and the arms start shaking... or when you bend your knees and try to stand like a karate guy... like the muscles are getting tired. i know this isn't an exercise related question but. is it possible that the muscles in my face have lost their tone. i've been holding a smile off and on for a few days now and it seems to be getting better somewhat. i don't know. i've been all over the net and can't find any info on this. i can hold the smile for about 20 seconds and then the muscles start shaking. i guess you got to exercise your face too.
