I have a lump in my lower back next to my spine. It doesn't really cause pain but it feels like someone is poking me in the back. The lump is not on the surface it is under the skin and is movable. If anyone might know what it could possibly be could you please let me know? thanks

Fellow Michigander--I'm going to say what you'd guess most of us would say--ask a doc, who can really take a look at it. Hopefully, it's nothing serious. But the only way to know is to get an expert, hand-on opinion.

Good luck! Let us know what you find out,

Standingman
